(1) Technical characteristics

    HC60-5 is made up of cement foaming machine, cement feeder, cement mixer, water bag, etc. It integrates liquid supply, feeding, foaming, stirring and pumping. The foaming agent is fully foamed and uniformly mixed into the cement slurry, and the pumping system realizes efficient pouring construction, and the work is stable and convenient to use.

The air pressure of the high-pressure air foaming machine comes from the air compressor and its pressure value is 1.0 MPa. The exhaust gas volume is 0.2~2.0m/min.

The high pressure air foaming machine consists of the following major parts:

B. Bubble making device.

C. Liquid-gas mixing device.

D. Foam control device.

E. Foam metering device.

F. Foaming agent storage and conveying device.

The four unit equipment such as foaming machine and mixer (pulping and mixing), conveying pump (transporting foam cement slurry) and foam cement pulp distribution rod are all integrated to form a combined muti-functional foaming unit. It is actually a foaming, cement pulping, foam cement slurry conveying and fabric machine.
